Match was being broadcast on ESPN and not the BBC. 2.97.166.158 (talk) 18:49, 17 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Really the whole last sentence "The live broadcast stated that the information on his condition had not been confirmed." is unsourced and uninformative, and should just be removed outright. 87.113.82.247 (talk) 18:55, 17 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Fabrics suffered a heart attack during a match against spurs on the 17th of March 2012.

We know, that has been noted already. --Arsenalkid700 (talk) 19:24, 17 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The cited sources say he collapsed and that CPR and a defibrillator was used. They don't say he had a heart attack (and the article doesn't say that either). A defibrillator is used to treat "heart attacks", but it's also used in other emergency circumstances. Wikipedia has to stick to what sources actually say, not what inferences might be drawn. 87.113.82.247 (talk) 20:03, 17 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Some sources say "suspected" heart attack. IANAE, but I believe defibs are used to treat cardiac arhythmia (sp), not heart attack. Guinness2702 (talk) 20:57, 17 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Actually the reference provided says no such thing, it actually says "fighting for his life". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.67.37.224 (talk) 20:25, 17 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Sky news say he's stablePunkalyptic (talk) 20:32, 17 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

BBC says he's in a critical condition in the heart attack centre, intensive care, sounds very bad. PatGallacher (talk) 21:36, 17 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Any word after being sedated?108.14.121.21 (talk) 03:57, 19 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It has to be added that he has suffered from a heart attack as of 17th March, and if he subsequently recovers or god forbid passes away will have to be added as well.

Heart attack has already been added. thank you, Struway2 (talk) 09:46, 19 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please update the information on Muamba's current condition following the statement issued by Bolton Wanderers Football Club on March 19th 2012, that further progress has been made in regard to the players recovery. Fabrice Muamba can now recognise family members and answer questions appropriatley and his heart is now beating and working on its own without the support of machinery. Thankyou.

Not done: Please provide reliable sources that support the change you want to be made. Thanks, Celestra (talk) 03:48, 20 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Well actually that was done already. --Arsenalkid700 (talk) 04:11, 20 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
