LEvent Abi has a SUL, where if you click on the TRWIKI, it will take you to the LEVENT page on the TRWIKI. The SUL report for the ENWiki indicates that there is an account with zero edits on ENwiki, but I can't find any evidence that it actually exists. (No edits, blocks, logs, deleted edits.) Why did you ask this? The new username does not violate the policy but the old one possibly does. I have promised to stop abusing multiple accounts, but if I still can't be granted a name change because of that, then I guess I deserve it. Of course if I do get renamed, my sockpuppetry case and suspected sock puppets will follow me. If I still can't be renamed, then I may have no choice but to delete my user page and/or stop editing here. I do currently have one alternate account that has never been used for sockpuppetry, and it will never be used for sockpuppetry. The only other registered account I had (the sockpuppet) is indef'ed, so nobody will use that. I also don't edit as an anon IP anymore, so as to avoid being suspected of sockpuppetry again. If I may, I would like to bring up the fact that this same username that I currently have is the same username I have for email and a few other sites. I also edit here against my family's wishes (they don't like Wikipedia, but I do). In order to avoid trouble at home and elsewhere on the Internet, I need to keep my identity here confidential.
