 - (Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL)

The article in its current state only features three primary sources. While attempting to find and add secondary sources, Google only produced results for a NASCAR sponsorship they did, and a murder that took place at one of their locations: both of which are WP:TRIVIALMENTIONs. In light of not being able to find anything about the larger food chain and not events which have happened at individual locations, I believe the article should be deleted. - Redirect to Save Mart Supermarkets#FoodMaxx. Like nom, I'm not seeing significant coverage of this grocery store chain through a search on Google, but restoring the redirect to the parent company is a preferable alternative to deletion. Zeibgeist (talk) 19:25, 17 October 2025 (UTC)
 - Weak keep: Several more references, mostly secondary, have been added since the nomination, and it seems just barely enough to pass WP:GNG. Somepinkdude (talk) 17:04, 19 October 2025 (UTC)
- The recently added sources definitely make a better case for notability, but they appear to by mostly passing mentions – I'm not sure it's enough to meet WP:CORPDEPTH. It's difficult to say definitively with the sources in snippet view, however, so I'm open to the opinion of other editors. Zeibgeist (talk) 22:58, 19 October 2025 (UTC)

 - Redirect to Save Mart Supermarkets#FoodMaxx as an alternative, as suggested by Zeibgeist. Nothing warrants notability to this subject for having a standalone article. The sources are mostly minute mentions and there is nothing of a proper WP:CORPDEPTH. Hence, the article fails in NCORP. BhikhariInformer (talk) 00:46, 20 October 2025 (UTC)
 - Keep: The article has more references now, Лисан аль-Гаиб (talk) 04:37, 20 October 2025 (UTC)
 - Merge and/or Redirect to Save Mart Supermarkets. Unlikely to be independently notable. The newly added sources appear to be trivial mentions. Jay8g [V•T•E] 23:51, 20 October 2025 (UTC)
 - Redirect to Save Mart Supermarkets#FoodMaxx as per WP:ATD. This is a company therefore GNG/WP:NCORP requires at least two deep or significant sources with each source containing "Independent Content" showing in-depth information *on the company*. "Independent content", in order to count towards establishing notability, must include original and independent opinion, analysis, investigation, and fact checking that are clearly attributable to a source unaffiliated to the subject. I'm unable to identify any references that meet the criteria for establishing notability. HighKing++ 16:56, 23 October 2025 (UTC)

- Keep. FoodMaxx meets the general notability guideline WP:GNG. It has substantial independent, reliable coverage such as retailtechinnovationhub, supermarketnews etc. Hkkingg (talk) 15:47, 25 October 2025 (UTC)
- RetailTechInnovationHub.com is most definitely not a reliable source. Likewise, much of the content on SuperMarketNews.com appears to be based on company press releases, not independent reporting. Zeibgeist (talk) 22:37, 25 October 2025 (UTC)
 - Hey Hkkingg, FYI the correct link for SupermarketNews is here which is PR and based entirely on a company announcement, fails ORGIND. Similarly the announcement of the launch of same-day grocery delivery is based on a company announcement (e.g. also covered by Progressive Grocer). Sources that are based entirely on information provided by the company or execs, or articles that simply regurgitate company information, are not considered to be "independent content" as per WP:ORGIND.
