LEOS Developments is an international private real estate development company headquartered in the United Arab Emirates. It operates primarily in the residential real estate sector, with developments in both the UK and Dubai, United Arab Emirates.[1] The company entered the Dubai market in 2022, marking a step in its international expansion. History

LEOS Developments began operations in Dubai in 2022 with the launch of Hadley Heights, a residential building located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). The development was recognized at the Arabian International Property Awards with the title of Best High-Rise Residential Development. It was also awarded "Affordable Luxury Development of the Year" at the Pillars of Real Estate Awards 2024. In July 2024, Leos International (Leos Developments) entered into a two-year sleeve sponsorship partnership with English Premier League club AFC Bournemouth. Under this agreement, the Leos logo appears on the sleeve of the men’s first-team kits (home, away, and third) for the 2024–25 and 2025–26 seasons.

In January 2024, the company launched its third Dubai project, Cavendish Square, located in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT). The development consists of 138 studio and one-bedroom units. Within days of launch, over 95% of the units had been sold. Construction officially began in August 2024.

In 2025, LEOS launched Weybridge Gardens 4, located in the Dubailand area. According to regional real estate publications, this project is part of the company's AED 5 billion pipeline and focuses on lifestyle-centric, smart apartment living.
