SNTP Technologies
SNTP Technologies is an Indian engineering and manufacturing company established in 2013. The company specializes in the production of Reinforcement Couplers/Mechanical splicing systems for reinforced concrete construction, used in civil infrastructure projects.
Overview
SNTP Technologies is the first company in India to be granted a license by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) for manufacturing ISI Marked Reinforcement Couplers under the standard IS 16172:2023. This standard outlines the specifications and testing protocols for mechanical splices in reinforced concrete.

Manufacturing and Standards
SNTP operates a manufacturing unit with a capacity of approximately 5 million couplers per year. The company conducts both type and acceptance testing of its products in accordance with IS 16172:2023. Type tests are conducted at BIS-approved third-party laboratories, while acceptance tests are carried out for each production lot.
The company follows an ISO 9001:2015-compliant Quality Management System.
Recognition
In 2024, SNTP Technologies was recognized by the Bureau of Indian Standards under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Government of India, for being the first Indian manufacturer to obtain ISI Mark certification for rebar couplers. The award was presented at a BIS ceremony by Padma Shri recipient Bharti Shivaji and MLA Chand Sharma.
