Upon search, this tool library does not seem to be notable enough to warrant its own article. I find one [1] available reference, but it is mostly a interview. There needs to be multiple reliable, secondary sources that discuss the subject in depth, and it only seems that there is one, for which is borderline. Not to mention, the article creator seems to have a undisclosed WP:COI with the subject, as all of their edits in the mainspace seem to be about the Edmonton Tool Library.
