Pony is substantial enough now to have it's own page

Although this Language is in it's infancy, it is seeing some small traction in various communities. I am not knowledgeable enough on it to fully finish this page but will attempt to make corrections when possible.This page previously was marked for deletion or was deleted without substantial evidence. Use of HackerNoon as Reference
