Pony is substantial enough now to have it's own page

Although this Language is in it's infancy, it is seeing some small traction in various communities. I am not knowledgeable enough on it to fully finish this page but will attempt to make corrections when possible.This page previously was marked for deletion or was deleted without substantial evidence.
