King Arthius was his predecessor

Doesn't that make his affiliation with Arthurian legend interesting?

'Lleenog' should be Llenog

As mentioned in my most recent edit and source, if one is to render his name in Modern Welsh orthography, which Gwallog is already, then his father's name should be Llenog rather than the half-modernised 'Lleenog'. See the citation on my last edit. cf. Welsh brenin < Middle Welsh breenhin. The 'ee' is an old disyllabic which merges in the Middle Welsh period. Tipcake (talk) 08:17, 16 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Furthermore, upon looking at the source history, Alaric Hall just tried to put a bandaid on what was a bad article, but the citations don't match what is said in the books themselves. Before him, there were no sources at all! Tipcake (talk) 16:49, 16 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
