Pretty good start, here some suggestions

I think this article started off well. I added some more categories, which makes it stringent with the articles around eIDAS. Also I modified the section which sets the QWAC into the context of other standards.

I would suggest one more change which I did not do without the initial author's permission: I think the message flow will be better, when the section "Content" will be dragged up below the table of contents and the section title will be changed to "Description".
