This article should not be deleted

[edit]

This article has been proposed for deletion. Possible reasons for deletion are given in Wikipedia:Deletion policy. Among the reasons I couldn't find anything which reminds me of "Possible essay, redirect at best" which is the concern of deletion proposer. This article is about the technique of combining and splitting audio and video informations and as far as I can see, there is no article in Wiki where this technique is explained. ( I did my best in linking to several other articles. But even these articles are about instruments and not about the philosophy of the technique.) Of course, this article like all other articles can be improved . But proposal for deletion and call for improving are not the same thing. Being the creator of this article I object its deletion. This article needs a complete rewrite. I just posted a brief explanation of intercarrier reception in a UseNet group. It was written in a rush, and not very good. To my surprise, this article is even worse. I'll try to fix the reception section ASAP. WilliamSommerwerck (talk) 23:33, 8 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
