Since it appears that vertical dyad linkage theory is a predecessor of Leader-member Exchange Theory (LMX), maybe it would make sense to re-route this article to LMX? So that when people search for this, they will be sent to the LMX page. Alinenaroditsky (talk) 00:10, 2 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
