Notability

[edit]

I won't put a "notability" tag on this article, given that it was kept at AfD. However, I do want to note that I couldn't disagree more with that outcome (that's not a criticism of the closer, but of the "keep" !votes). The article completely fails either WP:GNG or WP:NJournals. It is not indexed in selective databases (only in databases that are selective in the sense that they collect anything library-related, but unselective in the sense that within their field, they include anything (with the possible exception of evidently predatory journals - I didn't check that). Neither is the handful of citations to articles that appeared in this journal sufficient to meet NJournals#2 (not by far). I'm delisting this article from my watchlist, but thought it good to make editors here aware that this article is problematic and what exactly those problems are. --Randykitty (talk) 18:40, 15 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
