Reviewer notes

I have some concern about whether this strays too much in the direction of tutorial, rather than top-down encyclopedia entry. However, there is an enormous amount of well-written content here, some of it is clearly in domain of encyclopedic content, and the encyclopedia is best served by getting this into the flow of normal editing. --j⚛e decker ^talk 23:28, 11 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
