Ellipses

I don't understand the meaning of the ellipsis as the final step in each of the three algorithms presented in this article. I've never seen this before. Is it supposed to indicate iteration? If so, it doesn't describe at which step to resume the iteration. If it means something else, it should be explained. Mnudelman (talk) 22:07, 15 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
