Feel free to edit this comment - I'm new and not sure how to start. This is an excellent article about a complicated subject. It might be helpful for some readers if the article elaborated a little more on the nature of the relationship between BCRS and ICRS. That the axes and origin coincide is not a coincidence - is one defined from the other? Will they always be the same or is it just a starting point? Are they at the moment in fact identical or is there different information in one system compared to the other? Thanks! Synecdodave (talk) 12:25, 1 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
