Not so deep trap states?

[edit]

Is there an article about not so deep traps? Specifically, I am interested in the effects of time and temperature on photographic film. Ideal AgBr is only sensitive to light of an appropriate wavelength, but real crystals are not ideal. There should be states shallow enough that, with enough time, they can be thermally excited. Is there an article about those states? Gah4 (talk) 21:11, 15 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
