IEEE Computer Graphics and Applications (often abbreviated IEEE CG&A) is a magazine published by the IEEE Computer Society since 1981. As a magazine, it features shorter and less technical content that is meant for both experts and non-experts and is often tutorial in nature.[1] CG&A covers the theory and practice of computer graphics, including modeling, rendering, animation, (data) visualization, HCI/user interfaces, novel applications, hardware architectures, haptics, and virtual and augmented reality systems.[2][3]
The magazine provides connection between theory and practice of computer graphics.[4]
It is published six times a year.
