needs technical cleanup

there is no "1 meter square cross section" in the definition. If you in fact counted the electrons in a meter square tube of some length the unit would be electrons per meter cube. I guess someone tried to provide a lay person definition of electron density but they got it technically incorrect.

Where does the TECU unit come from? Presumably some standard condition of some length? Article needs to explain that.
