Is this maybe abetter Definition???

In computer science, a synchronizer is an algorithm that can be applied on top of asynchronous systems, such as: unsynchronized processor networks, to let behave them as synchronous systems . --M.B

No that isn't correct, a synchronizer algorithm allows you to write synchronous algorithms then run them on unsynchronized networks, I'm going to change it back and try to clarify it a bit (I agree the definition is confusing) MikeHearn 20:49, 16 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
