Beatriz Doumerc (1929 - Barcelona, March 26, 2014) was an Argentine writer of children's literature.[1][2] Her book, La línea (Buenos Aires, 1975), illustrated by her husband, Ayax "Pacho" Barnes, was awarded the Casa de las Américas Prize in 1975.[2]
