I was blocked because of a sockpuppetry spam ring and I have admitted and confessed the evade. It's been six months since I have not been editing and using Wikipedia. Don't use the expression, "Please do the needful", it's quite offensive outside of India. The last sockpuppet was blocked on 2022-08-22 meaning the soonest you can apply under WP:SO would be 2023-02-22. At that point, you'll need to drop your ludicrous claim that all your contributions were constructive. You were blocked for being part of a spam ring. Checkuser data shows no evidence of recent block evasion. I think this user needs to deal with their prior ludicrous claim that all their edits were constructive.
