To Do

(1) The modern operations and control are tied to the electricity market (say, system redispatch can be caused by ignoring the transmission congestion in the day-ahead market). The sources I have used gloss over this fact, so (naturally) does the current text of the article. It would be nice to explore the link, looking for sources. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
