the - If you object to a proposal listed in the uncontroversial technical requests section, please move the request to the Contested technical requests section, append a note on the request elaborating on why, and sign with ~~~~. Consider pinging the requester to let them know about the objection.
- If your technical request is contested, or if a contested request is left untouched without reply, create a requested move on the article talk and remove the request from the section here. Uncontroversial technical requests
- Caleb Williams (American football) (currently a redirect to Caleb Williams) → Caleb Williams (move · discuss) – The football player Caleb Williams currently averages 868 page views per day and over 18,000 in total since mid-August. All other "Caleb Williams" pages --- including the base name disambiguation page --- combine for an average of five daily views. Additionally, all searches for 'Caleb Williams' on Google yield the football player (his page views will likely increase as the college football season continues). He should have the base, non-disambiguated page for 'Caleb Williams' Debartolo2917 (talk) 07:53, 6 September 2022 (UTC)
- Aline (disambiguation) (currently a redirect to Aline) → Aline (move · discuss) – No clear primary topic, the given name has 203 views but the film has 4,868, the song has 1,506, the place in Oklahoma has 80, the place in Idaho has 60 and the band has 39[[1]]. Google and Images seems split between the film and given name but Books is less clear. Move the given name to Aline (given name). Crouch, Swale (talk) 20:10, 5 September 2022 (UTC)
- Bates (disambiguation) (currently a redirect to Bates) → Bates (move · discuss) – No primary topic, the surname has 331 views but The Bates has 216, BATES has 116, the place in Oregon has 50, the automobile has 31, the place in Arkansas has 24, the place in Illinois has 8, the place in Michigan has 6 and the place in New York has 1. Bates College has 6,385 and Bates method has 3,834[[2]] but they are PTMs. Google doesn't appear to return anything for the surname but Images and Books does. Move the surname to Bates (surname). Crouch, Swale (talk) 19:51, 5 September 2022 (UTC)
- Communist Party (bolsheviks) of Lithuania and Belorussia (currently a redirect to Communist Party of Lithuania and Byelorussia) → Communist Party of Lithuania and Belorussia (currently a redirect instead to Communist Party of Lithuania and Byelorussia) (move · discuss) – Whilst the name 'Communist Party (bolsheviks) of Lithuania and Belorussia' appears in much of the later Soviet histiography, it appears this name as in fact not used by the party itself. All docs I have found so far uses 'Communist Party of Lithuania and Belorussia' Soman (talk) 20:16, 4 September 2022 (UTC)
- I think it would be good to simplify the current title. None of the related articles have retained "(bolsheviks)" in the title. I can't think of any reasons why this would be controversial. I'll leave this here for a bit in case anyone disagrees. Dr. Vogel (talk) 14:23, 5 September 2022 (UTC)
- Kosice (Hradec Králové Region) (currently a redirect to Kosice (Hradec Králové District)) → Kosice (Hradec Králové District) (move · discuss) – Standard disambiguation per WikiProject Czech Republic conventions FromCzech (talk) 07:49, 5 September 2022 (UTC)

- Draft:VEILED EXPERTS is invalid. Must create Draft:VEILED EXPERTS before requesting that it be moved to VEILED EXPERTS.– I tried pushing the drafted page to an article page, but it keeps giving me errors. The error message that I get is: You do not have permission to Move, for the following reason:The page "Draft:VEILED EXPERTS" cannot be moved to "VEILED EXPERTS" because the title "VEILED EXPERTS" matches an entry. I am new to editing so any help is appreciated. Hyccc20 (talk) 07:37, 6 September 2022 (UTC)

- List of IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Championship (currently a redirect to List of IWGP Tag Team Champions) → List of IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Champions (currently a redirect instead to List of IWGP Tag Team Champions) (move) – The proposed name is already a redirect to the article. As well, all pro wrestling titles with a separate list that lists champions is always list of (insert title name) champions not list of (insert title name) championship. I've started a discussion at Talk:List of IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Championship#Requested Move September 5, 2022 even though it's uncontroversial. Just covering my bases. Also, re-adding the request since it was removed without a reason why. Mr. C.C.Hey yo!I didn't do it! 22:26, 5 September 2022 (UTC)
- Mr. C.C., as outlined by the comment it received and the edit summary of when I removed it ([3]), given this is already being discussed, it cannot be processed as a technical request. It would have gone through if it was requested here first, but given WP:PCM it now needs to complete the RM process. -Kj cheetham (talk) 08:07, 6 September 2022 (UTC)
- Reese's 150 (currently a redirect to Reese's 150 (Kansas)) → Kansas Lottery 150 (currently a redirect instead to Reese's 150 (Kansas)) (move · discuss) – This ARCA Menards Series race is this weekend. It used to have the Kansas Lottery as its title sponsor and they are coming back this year as the race's title sponsor. Because the article used to have the title of "Kansas Lottery 150", that title is redirected to the article's current title (Reese's 150) and the article title now needs to be switched back to Kansas Lottery 150 over the redirect. Articles about NASCAR and ARCA races are usually named according to the race's title sponsor. I previously put in a request for this on August 19 and it hasn't been moved yet. {{{sig}}} Cavanaughs (talk) 16:59, 5 September 2022 (UTC)
- The previous request was cleared without action on 20 August ([4]), so perhaps should go to a full WP:RM. -Kj cheetham (talk) 18:40, 5 September 2022 (UTC)

- Natatorium (currently a redirect to Swimming pool) → Indoor pool (currently a redirect instead to Swimming pool#Indoor pools) (move · discuss) – "Natatorium" is a very rare term not normally used except in the names of a few specific buildings, and it can also refer to an outdoor swimming pool. Espoo (talk) 08:14, 4 September 2022 (UTC)
- Until your recent edits, Indoor pool redirected to Swimming pool. What you're doing here is changing the scope of the Natatorium article. I'm tempted to revert it all, since I don't think it actually improves any of the affected articles. 162 etc. (talk) 16:33, 4 September 2022 (UTC)
- Both articles seem to treat "natatorium" primarily as a distinct facility (a separate building or relatively elaborate wing or extension) rather than a generic term for any indoor pool. The Swimming pool article repeatedly emphasizes this, referring to "buildings such as natatoriums and leisure centers" and saying "If a pool is in a separate building, the building may be called a natatorium." None of the examples in the Natatorium article are ordinary indoor pools such as one might encounter in a typical hotel or luxurious private home. I also somewhat wonder whether that article is needed at all. It almost seems to be about the word natatorium as much as it is about the facility itself – e.g. most of the article is devoted to the use of the term as primarily a North American phenomenon, and the examples and "see also" topics are primarily from the United States. — BarrelProof (talk) 16:59, 5 September 2022 (UTC)

- Chessmaster 2000 → The Chessmaster 2000 (currently a redirect back to Chessmaster 2000) (move · discuss) – Full, common title DigitalIceAge (talk) 02:35, 5 September 2022 (UTC)
- Whether or not to include "The" at the beginning of a title is a common and difficult question on Wikipedia per WP:THE. The OP here has not provided any evidence for the assertion that this topic meets the criteria for prefixing with "The". I personally don't think it does. — BarrelProof (talk) 16:42, 5 September 2022 (UTC)

- Io Shirai (currently a redirect to Iyo Sky) → Iyo Sky (move · discuss) – Shirai's ring name in WWE has changed to Iyo Sky. SeosiWrestling (talk) 07:54, 2 September 2022 (UTC)
- Kay Lee Ray → Alba Fyre (currently a redirect back to Kay Lee Ray) (move · discuss) – Ray's ring name in WWE has changed to Alba Fyre. SeosiWrestling (talk) 07:54, 2 September 2022 (UTC)
- I've moved the other three wrestlers, but Iyo Sky and Alba Fyre have previously been contested. I agree the names have changed and they should be moved but I'll leave these two for a second opinion. Polyamorph (talk) 09:16, 2 September 2022 (UTC)
- Okay, I understand. SeosiWrestling (talk) 17:23, 2 September 2022 (UTC)
- I've had an independent look, and like @Polyamorph, I'm a bit apprehensive about these. I'd be less apprehensive if the sources cited by the articles actually used the new names. For the first one, there are only like a couple sources in the middle of 300+, and for the second one, there are no sources using the new name. Dr. Vogel (talk) 14:31, 3 September 2022 (UTC)
- One has been moved before (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&logid=130649671) and one already has a RM open, so neither are simple technical requests. -Kj cheetham (talk) 20:25, 5 September 2022 (UTC)
