- Not yet published (to be released June 1, 2022), according to the publisher. Since my library should provide me acess to the most recent titles on taylorfrancis.com but I cannot access this one, I have doubts that the volume is already available from taylorfrancis.com. — Pajz (talk) 11:43, 10 April 2022 (UTC)
