Weak Delete : I agree with the rationale of Sable232, many references are found upon search but none meet significant coverage of Koehler except 1 TV news interview (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nuu1emmaNLA), all others I found are just a mention as a competitor in what appears to be local races. This page has been around for 15+ years so subject matter experts should weigh in and add sources if needed. If notified of new WP:RS sources with significant coverage I would revise this vote.
