Redirect to Cyberman - There are no valid reliable sources supporting any of the information currently in the article. I did some searches under both the "Cyber-Scout" and "Stealth Cyberman" names, and came up with nothing substantial. A valid redirect target exists, where the topic of this article is already mentioned, but Merging is unnecessary due to the lack of sourced material.
