Modul:Infobox je použit jako kostra k vytvoření vertikální šablony obsahující různé položky s hodnotami. Šablona:Infobox funguje na tomto modulu.

Kvůli vysokému počtu výskytů šablony je však potřeba před úpravami současného kódu nejprve důkladně otestovat kód nový. Pro testovací účely můžete využít pískoviště Modul:Infobox/sandbox a předpřipravenou šablonu Modul:Infobox/šablona, kterou vložíte následujícím způsobem:
