After checking the reference of RBOP, I found that it received 13 citations after 4-5 years. Moreover, I could not find any study which used RBOP. Therefore, I removed it from the list. It cannot be considered as a method because the method is entirely copied from the BWM method (the authors mentioned in their study). Moreover, nobody used this method, and this method is not widely used. Therefore, it should be removed from this list based on Wikipedia rules. Also, the user who added this method was blocked by other users because of the subjective viewpoint and using Wikipedia for self-promotion. undo Tag: Visual edit
