Rollback Rights

Hello, I am requesting rollback rights to aid in reverting vandalism. I am a long to member of the English Wikipedia and have extended confirmed rights on there. I have extensive vandalism reverting experience on the English Wikipedia and would love to do it here. I know this may not want you to give me it, but the reason I started editing this wiki is because I am currently banned on the English Wikipedia, but please still consider my request for the following reasons. My ban was NOT for vandalism. It was because early in my account creation when I was dumb, I misused another account to fluctuate edit count. I have much changed and reviewed Wikipedia policy since then hints my extended conformed status. While I am banned on there I would like to start reverting vandalism on here to show that I have learned from my previous ways and will not do it again.
