Automatically add paid/coi disclaimer to drafts
I have created WP:Article wizard/CreateDraftCOI and WP:Article wizard/COIEditingGuidelinesPaid/WP:Article wizard/CreateDraftPaid that use Template:AfC preload/draft/sandbox to automatically add a paid or coi disclaimer to drafts. We could link to these from Wikipedia:Article wizard/HowToDisclose and WP:Article wizard/COIEditingGuidelines to make the disclosure process a little more seamless and to make it more obvious to reviewers. Thoughts? --Ahecht (TALK

Done. I've tested it out to the best of my ability, and implemented it in the Wizard, but feel free to revert if I broke anything. --Ahecht (TALK
PAGE) 17:39, 12 March 2025 (UTC)- I've noticed this appearing on drafts, but I think it's best placed on the draft talk page; and this doesn't help users post it to their user page. Many new users also I think don't understand the difference between a COI and paid editing- most assume that they must be specifically paid to edit or asked to edit(which isn't the case) so they just disclose a COI. 331dot (talk) 10:00, 16 April 2025 (UTC)
- The comment gets moved to the talk page by the AFCH tool when the draft is accepted, and the wording in the Wizard has been changed to say "I'm paid to edit or I'm writing about my employer". The Wizard also still has a step for paid edits to post a disclosure on their user page before continuing, although there's no way to enforce that. --Ahecht (TALK
PAGE) 16:09, 16 April 2025 (UTC)- This does address the issue of people who thought they were disclosing by checking a box in the wizard. I thank you for your work. 331dot (talk) 10:47, 17 April 2025 (UTC)
- Just a minor note, the comment only gets moved if the reviewer tells AFCH to do it; it's not automatic. That being said, I suspect most reviewers will recognise that sort of comment should be moved to the talk page upon acceptance. Primefac (talk) 13:29, 19 April 2025 (UTC)

Source code
There is a lot of banners at the top of this page, but yet without link to documentation of how to write such a wizard on my wiki. Gryllida (talk, e-mail) 09:17, 28 April 2025 (UTC)
- Not sure what you're looking for; the Wizard is mostly written in wikicode, which is all visible by editing the individual pages. Primefac (talk) 11:15, 4 May 2025 (UTC)
- I mean something with a list of all pages that belong to it, so I do not need to click through all steps. And documentation about why it was written that way. Gryllida (talk, e-mail) 11:13, 5 May 2025 (UTC)
Should add WPBS to talk page when the user adds WikiProject banners
This tool currently adds WikiProject banners without packaging them inside of {{WPBS}}. Not a huge issue because Cewbot takes care of it, but still if possible should be taken care of directly from the Article Wizard itself. —CX Zoom[he/him] (let's talk • {C•X}) 17:14, 2 May 2025 (UTC)
