From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
(Redirected from Wikipedia:PRODSUM)

This is a list of articles tagged according to the WP:PROD policy as of Fri Apr 4 02:25:00 CEST 2025

The time used is that given as argument of the "dated prod" template, not the cl_timestamp of the categorylinks table, which is the last time the link between the article and the category changed (this is typically the last time the article entered the category, but could also be the last time the article was renamed). Differences of the order of hours are reported at the end. Time 25:00 is used for articles without a time= parameter

The articles this script could not parse are collected in a table at the end of this page.

28 March 16:07 Sada-E-Afghanistan Short-lived TV channel with no sourcing that fails the WP:GNG. The name is generic and there appear to have been other rebel broadcast stations and a news agency that used it, which account for some ghits, but no coverage of this particular channel. The redirect Satv should probably be run through to Shizuoka Asahi Television.

29 March 17:07 Rachel Kapelke-Dale Doesn't meet WP:NAUTHOR, only real source here is a review of a book, which would go to notability for the book, but none of these sources are WP:SIGCOV about the author. In WP:BEFORE I just see evidence of a curated web presence, possibly including this Wikipedia article, but no actual sources.

29 March 17:52 Battle of Sarai Nurdin Despite the claim in the lead, this is a non-notable battle; the main source given is primary. Not to mention that this is not a battle, and "Battle of Sarai Nurdin" specifically is invented: [9].

29 March 18:49 Johan Khalilian Doesn't meet WP:BIO. The only independent, reliable source is the Red Eye article from 2005, which has about 5 paragraphs on Khalilian, mostly just quoting him. All the other sources are self-published or Youtube, or things he wrote. Article was pretty obviously written by a someone with a conflict of interest to promote the subject.

30 March 01:25 Mercè Company [BLP]

30 March 17:13 EFluor Nanocrystal Cloaked advert for a material sold by Thermofisher, [11]. There are good pages on semiconductor quantum dotes and similar, we don't need a concealed advert.
30 March 18:09 Great Quoin Island unnecessary article, all the information is already part of "As Salamah Archipelago"
30 March 19:02 John Blackburn (musician) Lacks references to BLPS. Although I couldn't find any sources, this article doesn't have enough recognition to be on Wikipedia without proper inline citations.

30 March 22:02 Martin Thau Does not pass WP:GNG. Sources from Olympedia do not list this individual as a member of the Denmark team that won the "Team, Swedish system" 1912 Silver medal. Potentially fake article/individual/subject?
30 March 22:16 Sahra Noor Businessperson lacking significant coverage by reliable sources. There are mentions in local publications (CBS, Star Tribune) that document success stories of the Somali-American community in Minnesota, but she is one of several people covered in those cases. The Twin Cities Biz Journals article is a local trade publication (per WP:TRADES). She only has passing mentions in the cited coverage of Ilhan Omar.
30 March 22:37 Nano City Proposed city that never went anywhere and the project was canceled. Term is now used with other meanings. Not notable, at most parts can be included in history articles about northern India. A separate page does not make sense.
30 March 22:44 Nano-Tera Promo page for a Swiss nanotechnology program. No sources except a link to the main page, and no information that goes to notability or provides encyclopedic information. Since the project ended some years ago there won't be new advances to prove notability. No reason to keep this weak relic.

31 March 01:28 Syed Zagham Abbas After removing junk sources and sources that don't mention this person, what remains is a minimal article that fails to show notability. What's needed are sources independent of this person, not interviews of this person, not articles by this person, that have significant coverage of this person, and I'm not seeing that.
31 March 01:57 Harold Fraser (weightlifter) NOLYMPIC. Yeesh!
31 March 02:04 Prairieville, Indiana WP:NGEO. I can find no mention of it. Even the single source cited in the article does not mention Prairieville or even an abandoned or deserted place.

31 March 15:38 Pasgen ap Cyngen There is no trace of a Pasgen ap Cyngen in any medieval genealogy I can find, and the only citation on this page doesn't mention a Pasgen either. I therefore conclude he never existed.
31 March 15:40 Morgan ap Pasgen There is no mention of a Morgan ap Pasgen or his father Pasgen ap Cyngen in any medieval genealogy I can find, nor in any scholarly works (e.g. Peter Bartrum's Welsh Classical Dictionary). I therefore conclude he never existed.

31 March 19:16 Fallon Goodman Assistant professor that doesn't mee WP:NPROF; news coverage doesn't have her as a primary topic; WP:TOOSOON.

31 March 20:33 Gregg Hammann does not meet notability guidelines, reads as self promotion, lacks almost all citations
01 April 00:35 Telergy This band no longer exists and barely existed in the first place. From what I can tell, this is article was created by a fan of the band. Telergy hasn't released any music in five years, and is inactive on social media. Even before ceasing music production, the band was only notable for getting minor celebrities to guest star on tracks from the late 2000s to the early 2010s. Given that their most listened to song on Spotify has less than 2,500 listens, I'd argue this band does not need a Wikipedia page. Googling the band's founder, Robert McClung, only leads to links about an Pennsylvanian author, Robert McClung, who largely wrote about natural sciences, and is clearly not the founder of this band. Overall, this is a superfluous article, and doesn't contribute to the general pool of knowledge that Wikipedia represents.
01 April 01:01 Gerardo Vera (swimmer) Fails WP:SPORTSCRIT and WP:NOLY.
01 April 01:35 Ben Haslam SPORTSCRIT, etc, etc
01 April 02:01 Join Network Studio of NENU No evidence of notability: no independent sources in the article, no Google results beyond self-published sources

01 April 20:00 Deepothsavam Unreferenced, with no improvement despite tagging for more than 8 years. There is a proposed merge to Karthika Deepam, but no case made; searching for a relationship, the case isn't obvious, although they have similarities; there is no referenced text to merge.

01 April 21:41 Siege of Kotla Begum (1710) Page consists of copyright violations (though perhaps not quite enough to justify CSD#G12), or of WP:NOR violations, wherein the content does not match the cited source. This long series of battles is clearly notable, but this appears to have been spun out of nothing by treating a single incident in a long campaign as a standalone topic.
01 April 21:42 Brian Kierulf [BLP]
01 April 21:48 Battle of Anandpur (1753) As with other creations by this editor, this article is full of original research. None of the sources treat this as a battle, but rather discuss a raid against unarmed pilgrims by Mughal forces - and none do so in sufficient detail to merit a standalone article. The central paragraph of the article, describing a defeat of the Mughal force, isn't supported by the cited source. The passing mentions of this raid are better covered in articles about the principal actors.

02 April 22:37 Mr Gay World South Africa The article has no verified references and its information is poorly stated.
02 April 22:40 Richard Medhurst Near zero independent third-party WP:RSes - article is substantially sourced to self-sources. No evidence here that this article meeds WP:NJOURNALIST or WP:GNG. A quick WP:BEFORE did not turn up third-party RS coverage that would meet the requirements of the WP:BLP policy. I'd be happy to be shown wrong, but it would need to be shown - David Gerard (talk) 22:40, 2 April 2025 (UTC)

03 April 16:29 Caribbean Song Festival Stub article which fails on WP:GNG; does not have WP:SIGCOV, and web search does not provide a great deal of information about this from reliable sources at all beyond the fact that it exists.

03 April 18:22 YM Public School Has failed WP:GNG and WP:NSCHOOL while it was in draftspace with AfC (see Draft:YM Public School, User talk:Arifullasharief); no addition of WP:RS + WP:COI problems + promotional slant

03 April 21:12 Sergio Blass [BLP]

03 April 22:13 Dingoo A320 SDK Fails WP:NSOFT; no indication of notability for what appears to be a hobby project. Article created by the lead developer. Don't see the point of redirecting.
03 April 22:22 Effi (C++) No indication of notability. Only coverage I could find is a paper that seems to be written by the developers: [19]. (At least one of the developers is listed as an author.) 03 April 23:23 Kiseljak massacre Sole source confirms that the HVO killed at least twelve civilians in the two distinct villages during this month, but does not connect them together as a single event, analyse them together, and merely presents them as part of a list of war crimes perpetrated by the HVO, and the article creator has WP:SYNTHed this into one page. Can find no other sources referring to this as an event
