This page merely muddies the water for users of wikipedia. Its suggestions, esp. the first, would potentially make people who simply politely state that a person should familiarize themselves with wikipedia policy are in violation of it. See my post to Wikipedia:Village pump (policy) or the reaction of the user who created this page, User talk:NPOVenforcer to being asked to familiarize themselves with policies like NPA for an idea of what this could lead too.
