Discussion The IP address was blocked because it was believed to be a zombie computer. If the computer is zombied, it is important to notify the ISP so the problem will be corrected. Wikipedia violations are not the only problems which are initiated by zombie computers. The IP address was blocked 3 times, including the zombie block.
