167.128.156.45 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · filter log · WHOIS · RDNS · RBLs · http · block user · block log) - Made several disruptive edits to Strawberry Shortcake, VeggieTales and other articles; had been warned several times and blocked two times but is still vandalizing as of April 2. I tried reporting it here but it was rejected. IP range comes from the Linn-Benton Education Service District. Blake Gripling (talk) 23:46, 1 April 2008 (UTC)

 I'm really sorry, but it is not the policy of WP:ABUSE to accept reports about IPs which have not been blocked at least five times. If this were a report of an IP blocked four or maybe three times, I might consider it, but two times isn't really enough. If you strongly feel that they should be contacted, lets discuss this on my talk page, all signs currently point to "reject." GO-PCHS-NJROTC (talk) 15:39, 2 April 2008 (UTC)
