Editors seemingly associated with this IP have displayed an almost obsessive interest in vandalizing the User talk:Ned Scott, among others, with the same repetitive action, seen here, and generally apparently even with the same almost meaningless edit summary.
previous investigation
There was a previous sockpuppetry investigation regarding this editor, which confirmed a number of socks, which can be found at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/ManeuversGold/Archive. At some point, editor also revealed he at the time worked for Verizon, I believe when he said he had to do his vandalism from work, which as I remember was a Verizon IP.
