Discussion
Suspected vandalism with the [1] article. The user keeps changing the fee information from "affordable to the poorest" to "NOT affordable to the poorest" without providing any sort of reference for it. Already reverted the user's edits four times. As can be seen the IP is different on all occasions so the user is using different PCs or networks. However, the former two belong to the same network, as do the latter two.
