Resubmission

[edit]

I made edits to my previous submission and resolved my question regarding the title. C2014Dale (talk) 21:15, 3 February 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Hi C2014Dale, thanks for your interest and perseverance! I found your draft and it needs some work before it could be considered. The major problem right now is that there's nothing inside the reference templates. Can you tell me what book or webpage you're using to back up what you're writing? Remember that you should be writing in your own words, and avoid writing something very close to the original source. Wug·a·po·des 08:14, 4 February 2026 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I will add those today. I have them, but must have inadvertantly omitted them. Thank you for your time. C2014Dale (talk) 12:07, 4 February 2026 (UTC)[reply]
I have updated the references and appreciate any guidance or suggestions you provide. C2014Dale (talk) 15:45, 4 February 2026 (UTC)[reply]
This is looking good, C2014Dale! I haven't done a close read yet, but the sources are strong and the individual seems notable. It should be ready to publish as an article soon, but give me a few days to look at it more closely. Thanks for your work on this. I'm excited to see the article grow! Thank you so much for your time on this. C2014Dale (talk) 15:45, 4 February 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Question from Itmemetime (19:54, 4 February 2026)

[edit]

Hello there, I’m so sorry that I have never asked you about anything. I’m still very new to this site and I barely know how to even use it.

Edit: Even though I made this account serval months ago. I didn’t get the chance to use Wikipedia as frequently as now. --Itmemetime (talk) 19:54, 4 February 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for reaching out, Itmemetime. I'm glad you're starting to use Wikipedia more. I left you a welcome on your talk page with some information on our community. I hope you enjoy the place and find some useful information. I'm around if you ever have questions. Wug·a·po·des 06:50, 5 February 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Arbitration

  • Due to the result of a recent motion, a rough consensus of administrators at the arbitration enforcement noticeboard may impose an expanded topic ban on Israel, Israelis, Jews, Judaism, Palestine, Palestinians, Islam, and/or Arabs, if an editor's Arab-Israeli conflict topic ban is determined to be insufficient to prevent disruption. At least one diff per area expanded into should be cited.

Thank you today for Black American Sign Language, "about a dialect of American Sign Language (ASL) spoken by the Black Deaf in the American South that arose out of the segregation of schools for the deaf prior to Brown v. Board. It covers the sociocultural history that led to the language split as well as the features that distinguish it from other dialects of ASL. Research into the dialect has only been going on intensively for the last two decades and the article incorporates the most comprehensive studies of the dialect as well as a number of small scale studies." - enjoy my story and music, changing daily, and especially good today, I think. -- Gerda Arendt (talk) 10:53, 12 February 2026 (UTC)[reply]
