Notice of Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents discussion
[edit]
There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. The thread is Disruptive AI use by Bluewp3. Kovcszaln6 (talk) 19:42, 30 October 2025 (UTC)

Hi Sunmist! I received and reviewed your request for reinstatement as an active tool user on the ACC project. I've approved your request, reactivated your ACC tool account, and granted it access to the ACC Tool User interface. Since you previously held the "accountcreator" user rights while active on ACC, I went ahead and granted those permissions to your Wikipedia account as well. I'm required to leave you a message regarding the permissions; since you've had them before without any issues, I'll make it quick. As before:
- The account creator user right simply removes the limit on the maximum number of new user accounts that you can create within a 24-hour period (which is six accounts).
- The account creator right is not a status symbol. If you become inactive on ACC (it's measured to be 90 days since you last logged into your ACC tool user account), your access will (of course) be deactivated and these user permissions removed.
- Don't abuse it, or it'll be removed (lol).
If you no longer want the permissions, let me know and I'll remove them for you. Drop a note on my talk page if you run into troubles or have any questions regarding the ACC Tool User guide; I'm in the middle of completely renovating, updating, and improving it - so you'll likely see a lot of changes to it over the next week or so. However, it won't involve any major changes to requirements, policies, instructions, or other important matters. ;-)
Also, if you're active on Wikipedia IRC channels, email me your full nick and cloak and I'll grant you access to the private channel for ACC Tool Users. Otherwise, I'll just assume that you don't use IRC for communication. Yeah, that's about it! Welcome back, and happy editing! :-) ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 04:53, 1 November 2025 (UTC)
