I am a Commons administrator, and as part of moving files on Commons, I may replace the files on this wiki. Only thing that's changed is the name: the file content remains same.
- Edit summary beginning with GR is the automatic script of Wikimedia Commons, attempting to replace moved files' usage.
I can change username: as part of my changing usernames, I can move userpages for the user. I can't make it disappear from RecentChanges, because MediaWiki won't allow me to do so.
