Reportsbot not populating users on WikiProject Latino and Hispanic heritage

Hi Harej! On Wikipedia:WikiProject Directory/Description/WikiProject Latino and Hispanic heritage, the users page has not been updating even though the WikiProject has been active for over a year and there's thousands of articles tagged for the WikiProject.
