{{subst:RfA|User=Somno|Description=Wow, you know that I'm going to have to check somebody out who comes to my talk page asking for a review with the note, ''One of the tasks I enjoy is new page patrolling, and CSD is one of the areas I'd like to work in.'' CSD work and NPP? Sounds like a problem waiting to happen, right? Well, I jumped on the opportunity to take a look at his [[User_talk:Somno#Quick_Review|CSD work]]... it was excellent. I literally reviewed 90% of his deleted articles going back to November and only found two articles where I felt he had mistagged the articles. In neither case did his using the wrong tag result in an article getting deleted that shouldn't have---they were both CSD'able, but just under different criterai... but that's over a two month period! So I took a look at his talk page, it wasn't perfect. He's made mistakes---haven't we all---but what impressed me was how Somno addressed those mistakes. He acknowledged them in a polite friendly manner and was very cordial. Somno may like NPP/CSD, but don't let that fool you, he is a definite content builder. 43% of his edits are in the article space. When I first saw that, I thought "no big deal, a lot of NPP/CSD'ers have high percentage of edits in the article space, they are tagging articles all the time." But I looked closer, and he has a nice little [[User:Somno/Contributions|portfolio]] of articles---many of which solid articles before anybody else edits them. The only place where I saw any concern was lack of experience in the Wikitalk space, but ~~~~}}
