CheckUser fixes:
- Email results checkbox
Fix "&ip=" to link to "Get edits from IP" buttonFix errant wikimarkup in the messages- Move log to a different page (i.e. don't display the query box on the same page)
- Add "show log" links to all CheckUser pages, so you don't have to click back to the main page to get to it
- Display the log entries in the date, time, and lanuage preferences of the viewer
- Add wikilinks to the log entries
- Log results as well as queries, for future reference
- Create a local log as well as a global log
- Make pre-October, 2006 logs viewable
- Make long results viewable on multiple pages so bowsers don't crash, with the "(Newest | Oldest) View (Newer 50) (Older 50) (20 | 50 | 100 | 250 | 500)." links like other pages
- Allow filtering of IPs from results (users and edits)
- Allow input of ranges (i.e. 1.1.1.0 - 1.1.2.0) instead of just CIDR suffixes (/24)
- Link to the user page in results (currently, clicking the username takes you to a check of that account, so there is no userpage link)
- Make a whois option for IP results
- Preserve reason field when following IP links.
