category – set |category=no if, and only if, a banner is being used for demonstration or testing purposes, to prevent unnecessary or undesirable categorization. Otherwise, omit this parameter.
Notes and alerts
dyk – set |dyk=yes or any non-blank value other than "no", "n" or "0". The following message will be displayed: "A fact from this article appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know? column." This will populate Category:Lithuania Did you know articles.
Deprecated parameters
class – this parameter should be used with the banner shell template, not on individual project banners. See #Quality assessment below.
