- diffhist El (deity) 23:08 −14 VenusFeuerFalle talk contribs (disambiguation links are generally discouraged. Bethel seems kinda redundant to mention.tbh I haven't recognized the suffix at first, but overall, it is redundant. But you are right, the Arabic theophoric names derive from ultimately from El, with Ilah probably being rtymological linked, did not raise the name. change Bethel to the specific city linked to El.)
- diffhist El (deity) 22:59 +35 Teflawn talk contribs ('ilah' is a cognate of the Canaanite 'el', it is not a compound proper noun, as the sentence clearly specifies. I've added the variation Jibril, the Arabized form of the Hebrew Gabriel. It's not a name independently derived from Ilah. As for Bethel, it is a legitimate proper noun incorporating the suffix '-el', not sure where the confusion lies. I’ve re-added it with a disambiguation link, given that multiple modern cities retain the name, unlike the ancient site which is no longer active) Tag: Disambiguation links added

Furthermore, the yellow map includes such historical inaccuracies as a massive territory to the east labeled as belonging to the Rephaim as if t...)
