Birthdate change on wiki page

Hi - I'm wondering if someone can help me get an error message off my Dad's wiki page. I changed his birthdate because it was wrong. I'm getting a cite error message and don't know what to do. Editing is confusing on wiki and this is the first time I've done it. My Dad's page is: Joe Schmidt (NFL player) Any help is appreciated.
