Gabbro Island ist eine Insel vor der Graham-Küste des Grahamlands auf der Antarktischen Halbinsel. Sie ist die westlichste Insel in der Gruppe der Berthelot-Inseln vor der Einfahrt zur Collins Bay.
Das UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee benannte sie 2025 nach dem hier gefundenen magmatischen Gestein Gabbro.
