Tswe with breve (Ꚏ̆, ꚏ̆; italics: Ꚏ̆, ꚏ̆) is a letter of the Cyrillic script. Its form is derived of the letter tswe (Ꚏ ꚏ; italics: Ꚏ ꚏ) with a breve.

Tswe with breve is used in an old orthography of the Abkhaz language[1], where it represents the labialized alveolo-palatal ejective affricate [t͡ɕʼʷ][2]. It corresponds to the digraph Ҵә today.
