MSys Technologies is a multinational software services company specializing in software product engineering and digital transformation. The company was founded in 2007 by Sanjay Sehgal and is headquartered in Chennai, India.[1] MSys Technologies has a presence in the United States, India, the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, and Australia/New Zealand (ANZ).[2]
History
[edit]MSys Technologies was established by Sanjay Sehgal in 2007 in Chennai, India.[3][4] In 2008, the company expanded its operations to the United States, opening an office in Alpharetta, Georgia. The company continued to grow, establishing an office in Bengaluru, India, in 2010.[5][6]
In 2014, MSys Technologies acquired Clogeny,[7] followed by the acquisition of DigiFutura Technologies in 2017, a Bangalore-based mobile application and design firm.[8] In 2019, the company strengthened its AI/ML capabilities by acquiring Mobinius[9] and received the Red Herring Top 100 Asia Winner award.[10]
In 2020, MSys expanded its Chennai office, increasing its workforce to over 1,000 employees.[citation needed] In 2021, MSys Technologies received the American Business Award (Bronze Stevie Award)[11] and People's Choice Stevie Award.[12]
In 2022, the company entered the APAC market with new offices in Australia and Malaysia.[13] At the same year, the company won the SDC Award for Open Source/DevOps Innovation[14][15] and next year the 2023 APAC Stevie Award recognized MSys Technologies as a Bronze Winner.[16]
In February 2025, MSys Technologies acquired Gophers Lab, a Noida-based fintech and digital engineering company.[17][18][19]
The company provided pro bono website design and development services for meditation and educational programs.[20] Additionally, CEO Sanjay Sehgal was honored as a Social Entrepreneur in the Atlanta Business Chronicle's 2022 Leaders in Corporate Citizenship Awards for his contributions to charitable trusts offering spiritual and medical services.[21][22]
Activities
[edit]MSys Technologies offers software engineering and digital transformation services, including AI/ML model development, cloud and infrastructure engineering, data analytics, and AI-powered monitoring. Its proprietary tools include Code Ledger for compliance and Cawi AI, a chatbot for IT support automation.[23][24]
The company was included in the 2024 Newsweek Excellence Index organized by the New York City based magazine, which recognized 1,000 top companies out of more than 25,000 evaluated across over 25 industries.[25]
