I am the founder and CEO of a transformation consulting firm with over 35 years of experience in change management, leadership development, and organizational transformation. I also hold an honorary professorship and am actively involved in philosophical and societal discourse.

I hold an FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate and am a certified Flight Instructor (CFI), which means flying is not only a personal pursuit but something I actively teach and share with others.
